Delivery Information 

Free shipping for Orders above RM80 for west Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak （全马RM80以上包邮）

Postage RM7 for Order below RM80 (Whole Malaysia)（订单RM80 以内，全马邮费RM7）

Postage Singapore RM30 per order （新加坡一个订单运费RM30）

Estimate delivery around 7-14days （邮寄时间大约 7-14天）

Kindly take note that we mainly using ABX courier service for delivery in Malaysia. After we dispatch out the parcel , customers are required to check on the parcel status for follow up. 

And do always check your spam box and add our email address to your contact to ensure you receive our email update successfully .

Do allow us more time to handle your order, sometime shipment might delay due to unforeseen factors.

Important Notice For Every Customers:

For ordering in website here , we will update the shipment with tracking only via Email / whatsapp message and we will update the cart as well. Do add our email address [email protected] to your contact to ensure that the email send out to you successfully instead of landed in spam or junk box. 

*All emails /Facebook PM/ Wechat/ Whatsapp will be replied within 24hours. In case we didnt reply your message, do send us again only after 24hours.

We dont have any COD (Cash On Delivery) at the moment.

Kindly make payment within 24hours after order placed and inform us.

Exchange Policy

Refund or Exchange is Not Allow for all items. All customers must read carefully the measurement table first before order as each item have different measurement . 退款/换款是不被允许的。所有顾客在下单之前需要仔细看尺寸图先。

Colours of the items might slightly different due to different devices used or colour setting . 不同手机/电脑或颜色设定会导致产品看上去有少许色差。

The actual size measurements might be 1-3cm difference from the size chart. This may not be considered as a defect。平铺测量，1-3cm 尺寸误差属正常范围

For Defective items / incorrect Items received, kindly contact us about this issue and we will reply you as soon as possible and advice for the process of exchange. 如果收到货不对版的物品，请联系我们，我们会尽快帮您退换。
